Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Shades Of You For Ladies Garments Trading we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

All items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
